It has become known that Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon’s 22-year-old daughter will come home because she wants to be by her mother’s side during the most difficult period of her life. Crown Princess Mette-Marit was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in 2018, and her health has now worsened, as was recently publicly stated for the first time by her husband, Crown Prince Haakon.

According to the Norwegian publication NRK, 22-year-old Ingrid Alexandra, who is due to complete her first year of a three-year bachelor’s program at a university in Sydney, will soon return home.
