In the US, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office has provided access to new photographic evidence in the disappearance of retired US Air Force Major General William Neal McCasland, who was last seen in late February. Surveillance cameras captured the military official exiting a local sporting goods store carrying an unidentified white package.
This is reported by the Daily Mail.
A Mysterious Package and Strange Actions
In the released image, the retired major general is seen leaving the store wearing sunglasses. He is holding a large white shipping envelope under his left arm, along with a smaller item.

The contents of this enigmatic package remain completely unknown at this time. Journalists speculate that such soft envelopes are most commonly used for mailing ordinary clothing.
The missing man’s wife, Susan Wilkerson, informed the police that her husband left their home in Albuquerque around 11 AM. Before that, he changed his clothes and left his phone, wallet, smart devices, and prescription glasses at home.
According to the investigation, William McCasland only took a pair of shoes and his own .38 caliber revolver with him.
Classified Information and Recent Encounters
The military official’s disappearance has garnered significant national attention due to his past activities. According to media reports, the man possessed top-secret information regarding the United States’ nuclear weapons and unidentified flying objects.
In May, law enforcement released disturbing footage from police body cameras, which casts doubt on the wife’s assertion that her husband had no access to classified data. The video captures officers conversing with an unknown woman.
The witness stated that on the day before his disappearance, she had dinner with the retired general along with representatives from the US Space Force. The woman confirmed that she worked with him at a non-profit organization focused on protecting and expanding a large military research laboratory.
This meeting took place at a restaurant around 6 PM local time. Investigators believe the dinner might have commenced mere minutes or hours after the man was captured on camera near the sporting goods store.
It is noteworthy that a wave of disappearances and deaths of scientists involved in secret UFO-related projects has shaken the United States, with three of them now deceased.
