DTEK brought together investors and partners at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 to support Ukraine’s energy sector.
This was stated in a DTEK announcement.
“Ukrainian energy workers from various companies – DTEK, Ukrenergo, Naftogaz – were honored guests at an evening organized by DTEK as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdansk. URC annually gathers state leaders, international financial institutions, businesses, and Ukraine’s partners, who collectively shape solutions for the country’s reconstruction,” the statement reads.
DTEK emphasized the importance of partners and investors gaining a deeper understanding of the conditions under which Ukrainian energy workers operate daily and restore power.
It was noted that the evening organized by DTEK was attended by heads of international energy companies, government officials, investors, and representatives of leading global financial institutions. Representatives from IFC, EBRD, EIB, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova, Vestas, the governments of Ukraine and Poland, as well as other organizations aiding in the restoration and modernization of Ukraine’s energy sector, participated in the discussions.
Also speaking at the event were Oleksandr Usyk, Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, and photographers Kostiantyn and Vlada Liberov. They reminded the international audience of the resilience of the people who are currently protecting, rebuilding, and developing Ukraine.
“For the first time, the voices of Ukrainian energy workers – the individuals who keep the country powered and warm every day – were directly heard at the highest international level, on a platform that influences new partnerships, support, and investments in Ukraine’s future,” DTEK highlighted.
