Причина для наступу: фахівчиня пояснила, чи має намір Путін поширити бойові дії на європейські держави

The Russian dictator’s goal is to divide the EU and NATO, as well as make Moscow a dominant force in Europe.

Russia might strike a military facility in Europe to fracture Ukraine’s allies.

This opinion was expressed by an expert on Russian foreign policy, Hanna Notte, according to BILD.

“Russian President Volodymyr Putin cannot force Ukraine to surrender, and therefore there is a risk he will escalate against Europe,” she stated.

According to her, since Ukrainians constantly attack the Russian rear, military logic will likely lead the Kremlin to consider attacking Ukraine’s strategic rear – the EU.

At the same time, the expert does not expect a large-scale attack on NATO or the opening of a new front in Europe.

“Most likely, it could be an attack on a single facility in a NATO country to provoke difficult discussions within the Alliance, sow fear, and destroy consensus on long-term support for Ukraine,” she added.

Probable Russian Attack on Europe – Latest News

Volodymyr Putin stated that claims about Moscow’s plans to attack Europe are “nonsense.” In his opinion, this is done for internal political reasons, to “create an enemy image” and “cover up mistakes that Western governments have made over many years.”

However, according to media reports, US intelligence has confirmed that Putin’s insane territorial conquest plans are not limited to Donbas, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions. He aims to bring all of Ukraine and other former Soviet republics back under Moscow’s control.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that his country, which has been at war with Ukraine for almost 12 years, has no intention of attacking Europe. However, according to Lavrov, Russia is ready to provide a full response if necessary.

British economist Andrew Lilico argues that Russia might threaten or even invade European countries, but as mathematics shows, if it comes to that, Moscow will simply lack the economic resources to pose a serious threat in the medium term.
